Thanks to COVID-19, we entered a digital-only landscape almost overnight. Businesses had to implement new software, systems and processes that, without the pandemic, may have been years (and a fair few governance forums) away from realisation.

Instantly gone were tried-and-tested sales techniques. Out were industry events, long lunches and handshakes, leaving relationship managers unable to utilise their finely-honed face-to-face networking and communication skills.
